Chairman & Managing Director
Backed by more than four decades of experience in electrical engineering, his leadership has guided RKELC's growth in India and across global markets. He is deeply committed to the principles of hard work, quality, and customer satisfaction as drivers of long-term excellence.
Joint Managing Director
He has over 15+ years of experience in R&R of Electrical Generators, Motors & Power Transformers. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Law (LLB), and an MBA from Coventry University, UK, and has undergone intensive technical training at Toshiba Corporation, Japan, in 700 MW stator DM water-based winding, insulation, and testing. A technocrat, he plays an active role in production and operations, with a vision to develop specialized motors and generators through OEM collaborations.
Joint Managing Director
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Andhra University and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, USA, and brings over 15 years of experience in the electrical engineering domain. He has received advanced technical training at Toshiba Corporation, Japan, specializing in 600 MW cylindrical rotor winding, insulation, and testing, and has extensive hands-on experience with large electrical generators, next-generation electric machines, and advanced cable systems supporting high-performance and mission-critical applications.
Director - Technical
He has over 31 years of experience as an Engineer and Advisor with Toshiba Construction and Engineering Company, Japan. In 2000, he joined Al-Ghunaiman General Trading & Construction Co. W.L.L., Kuwait, as General Manager, independently executing major transformer installation projects, including 168 MVA, 52 MVA, and 10 MVA HT transformers at the Az-Zour power station.
Technical Advisor
He is a former General Manager at BHEL and Director (Technical) at ReGen Powertech Pvt. Ltd. He led major thermal, hydro, and wind power projects, spearheaded gearless wind turbine technology transfer from Vensys, Germany, and oversaw the serial manufacture and installation of 1,500+ wind turbines (1.5 MW) across India and Sri Lanka, totaling 2,250 MW of installed capacity based on gearless permanent-magnet generator technology.
Electrical Machine Designs (Consultant)
He brings over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of electrical machines, with extensive expertise across R&D, engineering, and industrial applications. He holds a Master's degree in Technology from IIT Bombay and has led design teams at ABB (HBB) and Kirloskar Electric. He has authored several technical papers published in international journals and conferences, including IEEE, WASET, and URSM, and is currently focused on optimizing electrical rotating machines using advanced techniques, including machine learning.
Works Manager
He brings over 30 years of experience in project execution across India and overseas, specializing in the repair and rewinding of large steam and gas generators (including rotor dismantling and thread-out) and power transformers. He has received specialized training at Toshiba Corporation, Japan, on 260 MW steam turbine generators.
