What precision-engineered components do we manufacture?
Our coils, spares and custom motors are manufactured in-house under ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, using tested insulation systems and materials that meet IEEE and IEC requirements for industrial rotating equipment.
- Form-wound and random-wound stator coils for high- and low-voltage machines.

Electrical Coil & Spares
RKELC provides coils (up to 22 kV) and spare assemblies for industrial generators, ensuring reliable operation and reduced downtime during maintenance cycles. Components such as Roebel coils, diamond coils, field coils, damper bars, and brush gear are supplied as OEM-compatible replacements and built to international standards for power plants and heavy industrial facilities. All coils and spares are built to IEEE and IEC standards and verified for dimensional accuracy, dielectric performance, and long-term mechanical integrity under high thermal and centrifugal stresses.

Motor Manufacture
RKELC manufactures custom motors from 1 kW to 10 MW, including high-efficiency, variable-speed, and marine-grade designs. Our ISO 9001:2015 facility supports 415 V to 11 kV voltage ranges, complying with IEC/IEEE standards for industrial, marine, water, and HVAC applications.
